A coaching client asked me recently.

“I want to have a positive impact on the world,” I replied.

“Seems a bit vague,” they challenged, “especially from someone who helps

others develop.”

Fair point.

It taught me a valuable lesson.

Bring people on the journey of my thinking.

Not just present the summary.

I’ve stood in the limelight. I’ve had the awards and the promotions.

In my previous life as an ad man, I was part of a start-up agency.

12 months in, we won “Digital Agency of the Year”.

Soon after, the other agencies and headhunters came calling.

It seemed like "success. "

But it didn't make me happy.

What drives me is different.

It's helping a leader work with complexity -

To manage ambiguity with greater confidence.

From reacting to pausing and showing up

in a way that is required of them in that moment.

That’s why I do what I do.

I work in the space between shadows and light.

The place where leaders move from doubt to clarity.

From uncertainty to leading boldly.

My role is to help them brighten their light. To shine.

𝘚𝘰, 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵'𝘴 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘸𝘩𝘺?

If that question resonates—or you're ready to help your team manage uncertainty and lead boldly—let's talk.
