Sometimes life doesn’t give you lemons.


It pelts you with all it’s got.


It’s hard to find your feet and stay grounded when you’re bombarded by one drama after another.


Who’s got time to make lemonade?


What can you do instead?


1.     Get comfortable with being uncomfortable


Learn to accept.


Things are tough.


Resisting doesn’t make it better.


But.


Nothing is permanent.


This too shall pass.

 

2.     Enjoy the positive moments


Even in the worst of times


There will be things that will make you smile


Enjoy them.


It’ll help you stay positive.

 

3.     Rest


Make time to switch off and rest.


Recharge.


And then continue this marathon.

 

4.     Connect


It’s tempting to isolate yourself.


Don’t.


Re-connect with others that lift you up.
