Listening is leadership skill and responsibility that you don’t see on a JD.
Why is this important in our globally integrated economies?

It’s hard to lead without trust or respect.
Listening is more than just not speaking.
It’s about being fully present with the other person without judgement.
Holding the space for others to just be and be heard.
Being curious.
What would happen with your relationships if you spoke only if you could improve on silence?
